Just a short flight from Perth, this charming coastal town is fantastic place to visit and will give you the chance to jump in the water and swim through a coral reef, seeing a variety of fish, dolphins and manta rays. Just a short drive away is some of Western Australia's best diving!

Exmouth is the ideal base when exploring the Ningaloo Marine Park and Cape Range National Park. The park is a 30 minute drive south where you will see fantastic gorges, canyons, caves beaches, flora and fauna – red kangaroos, euros and emus are commonly seen. 

If the reef is your preference, go to any beach and your there! For the full experience, book a tour. If you are visiting between April and June, you will have the chance to swim with the world biggest fish, the whale shark! Don’t worry, its safe. They only eat krill. 

Not a water lover? No worries! There are glass bottom boat tours which will allow you to see all there is without getting your feet wet. Jurabi Turtle Centre, located 13km from Exmouth offers a different wildlife viewing experience. Here you can witness Sea Turtles coming to the beach to nest. 

The town of Exmouth also has many fishing tour available. You can even go mud crabbing! Being that it is a coastal town and such a popular destination, you can be sure that the town has a wide variety of dinning options and an active night life!
